Our Process

  • After the initial one-hour appointment is scheduled, clients will receive an intake form to complete and are asked to submit it along with a current resume or a detailed list of their educational and work experiences.

  • This information will help us prepare for your first session and ensure we understand your background and goals.

  • The initial meeting will be used to discuss the client’s unique situation, needs, and goals and together we will formulate a plan. This plan will include a clear goal statement, initial steps needed to reach the goals, and a follow-up plan.

  • Subsequent appointments will be tailored to each client’s goals and plan and can range from 30 to 60 minutes. We will review each client’s progress in achieving their goals and identify next steps. Each appointment will conclude with a clear articulation of your progress and next steps and be followed by a written summary within 1-2 days.

Pricing: $200/hour. 30-min appointments available after initial intake.
